We are looking for a technical/UX writer who will shape the experience our customers have when interacting with our B2B SaaS product. As a member of our Berlin based 10 people product team, you will be responsible for improving existing and creating new content in our user interface and help center to provide the best user experience possible.
Your mission in detail:
- Translate complex online marketing concepts into clear and easy-to-understand language
- Craft guidelines to standardize phrasing across our products
- Collaborate with the Design team to improve overall UX
- Shape and champion the voice and tone used within the Searchmetrics Suite
- Collaborate with marketing and customer-facing teams in Berlin, London and San Mateo to ensure our product copy works for a global audience

What you bring into the game
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience in technical writing
- A proven track record of using the Oxford comma correctly
- Ideally you have a solid knowledge of SEO
- Preferably you already created educational content
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments and regions
- Excellent writing skills in German and English are a must have
