Technical Product Marketing Manager

YOUR MISSION

As a Technical Product Marketing Manager, you will accelerate adoption and engagement of MURAL’s enterprise and platform features by creating in-depth, professional messaging and positioning for our most technical audiences. 

You will...


  • Define and deliver technical solution benefits, positioning and expertise to the Sales, Customer Success, Sales Development, and ultimately customers themselves
  • Create and maintain technical content such as demos, scripts, videos, workshops, tutorials, blogs, and whitepapers
  • Translate technical product details into understandable and impactful marketing messaging and positioning
  • Collaborate with other PMMs, Product, Eng, and other key stakeholders to create high quality, technically authentic and effective deliverables
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategy
  • Represent the voice of the customer
  • Deliver results in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment

YOUR PROFILE


  • 2-3 years of hands-on technical experience marketing, building, deploying, or implementing enterprise admin, infosec, integration, or developer features for a B2B SaaS product
  • Deep technical expertise and understanding of enterprise gatekeeper audiences
  • A passion for Product Marketing and B2B SaaS products
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity 
  • Strong hands-on tactical execution experience
  • Independent, self-starter with ability to work remotely
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Experience using MURAL a plus
