Sr. Product Marketing Specialist

Vyond’s Product Marketing team is responsible for crafting Vyond’s story. We build compelling, insight-led positioning and messaging, develop and deliver impactful go-to-market strategies, and champion customers throughout the product development process. 


We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Specialist who will significantly contribute to  product marketing activities for Vyond, including crafting product messaging and positioning. You'll support the development of engaging marketing programs that drive demand based on market data, competitive analysis and industry trends. You will be the expert in buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales team. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this is a highly visible and collaborative role where you will partner closely with the rest of the marketing function as well as with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

 

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Enablement - Craft and deliver internal and customer-facing content and sales assets that succinctly convey Vyond’s value proposition, facilitating a clear understanding of our product offerings and key positioning for the sales team.


Release Marketing - Coordinate the planning and execution of new feature launches through release marketing strategies, facilitate cross-functional implementation including the creation of release blogs and videos.


Market Intelligence - Conduct in-depth market intelligence activities to maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitors and devise effective strategies to secure business advantage.


Voice of the Customer - Conduct insightful interviews and collect feedback from customers to identify pain points and customer needs. Proactively participate in Vyond’s community discussion forums and programs to gain firsthand insights from existing customers. Website - Ensure consistent representation of all new product features on Vyond's website to effectively showcase our offerings

  • Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills and has experience and feels comfortable presenting to large audiences 
  • Builds relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Makes and implements recommendations for optimization for product led growth

 


Experience: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in a product marketing role, preferably for a SaaS company
  • Strong writing and copy editing skills
  • Experience building presentation decks 
  • Experience supporting marketing programs, including email marketing, events, and outbound marketing efforts
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
