Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Partnerships

We’re hiring a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in how we help organizations effectively communicate with and support their customers in different languages around the world. This role will focus on our partner ecosystem, including technology integrations, BPOs, and other strategic partners.


The ideal candidate will build a good understanding of the customer service landscape, use data and market insights to identify potential new opportunities, and help us bring new partners to market with a joint value proposition.  In this highly cross-functional role, you will work closely with product, marketing, and revenue teams to build strong collaboration, establish clear goals, refine processes, and ensure alignment.


How you will make an impact


  • GTM Strategy & Planning: Plan and execute the go-to-market strategy for all new product integrations and partnerships
  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop our joint value proposition and messaging framework that will help define our unique positioning for co-marketing activities
  • Customer Insights: Build a deep understanding of the customer service buyers and landscape such as CRM platforms, Chat, and Chatbots, etc.
  • Market Intel: Be the source of knowledge within the company for partner news, competitor intel, ongoing market shifts, and technology trends
  • Sales Enablement: Create compelling sales assets that communicate joint partner value and enable the sales team on the new partnership launches
  • Partner Enablement: Work closely with our partner marketing team to equip our partners with the materials, training, and support they need for co-marketing and co-selling initiatives

Experience


  • Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience in product marketing or related field
  • Knowledge and experience with Customer Service and support platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Intercom is highly desirable
  • Knowledge and experience with BPOs is a plus
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning is a plus
