Senior Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. You’ll be working  closely with sales leadership, sales operations, sales enablement, individual reps and the broader marketing team to drive buying cycle velocity and conversion through programs, content, playbooks and selling tools that enable our sales team to consistently close deals. You will diagnose patterns and bottlenecks in the sales process and come up with creative solutions to remove friction.


This role is a great opportunity to help shape our repeatable selling motion by bringing a data-driven approach to how we message, position, drive action, handle objections, and navigate through the buying group. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • GTM collaboration: Work directly with sales and partners to identify opportunities to improve our direct and indirect go-to-market motions.
  • Content development: Create messaging, playbooks and core sales collateral for critical moments in the buying cycle, including pitch decks, solution briefs etc.
  • Enablement planning and execution: Design and lead enablement sessions and programs for driving better conversions from opportunity to close. 
  • Competitive intelligence: Train the team on competitors' go-to-market strategy and product capabilities and enable them to run differentiated sales cycles.  
  • Buyer journey management: Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ business objectives and buying processes, identify hurdles and slowdowns in the sales funnel and creatively generate solutions. 
  • Solution marketing: Build use case solutions that map product capabilities to business value and vertical requirements. 

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of saas product marketing or sales enablement experience 
  • Intellectual curiosity with an innate desire to build scalable selling motions 
  • Broad analytical skills to diagnose bottlenecks in the sales cycle 
  • Proven storytelling skills with the ability to enable others to deliver memorable narratives 
  • Passion for training, educating and coaching sales teams 
  • Strong presentation, writing and communications skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Growth mindset with a passion for the startup hustle
