Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for the Genesys Cloud Digital team. The ideal candidate will have deep product marketing experience with enterprise SaaS companies and have experience marketing social and messaging service channels – like chat on web, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and more.

 

You will define and execute product positioning and messaging that connects our corporate narrative with our digital story. We are looking for someone with superior management skills that can adeptly execute the product marketing playbook.

 

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will support cross functional teams across the organization. You will articulate the value and positioning of our digital capabilities to customers, prospects, partners, sales teams, analysts and other key internal and external stakeholders. You will be a self-motivated key contributor who thrives in a fast paced, high-growth environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive new product launches and GTM strategy that align with selling motions and support product strategy
  • Partner with campaign marketing on integrated marketing plans that drive awareness and demand generation
  • Develop segmentation strategies for your target audiences and create winning positioning and messaging that differentiate you from the competition
  • Identify key use-cases and develop buyer personas to communicate the value proposition of the platform to the sales team
  • Develop sales tools that support the selling process of your platform elements including first call decks, solutions briefs, white papers, videos, blogs and webinars
  • Drive customer immersion efforts in order to uncover voice of customer insights with your target audience using market search, CAB’s and interlock with sales and customer success
  • Shape analyst perspective through inquiries, briefings, SaaS days and other strategic engagements
  • Deliver persuasive presentations at internal leadership meetings, analyst briefings, industry events, webinars, and trade shows
  • Lead reporting on success metrics during monthly business reviews and drive rigorous marketing planning

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years enterprise SaaS marketing, preferably in a multi-product environment
  • Domain expertise in products or solutions that utilizing digital messaging channels (either in B2B or B2C)
  • Mastery of foundational PMM skills – messaging/positioning, GTM strategy, audience segmentation, sales enablement, content creation, market research
  • Strong strategic, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize high impact activities, manage multiple priorities and keep complicated projects moving forward
  • Excellent people and project leadership skills and proven track record launching new products and features
  • Track record of successfully leading, influencing and collaborating with product management, sales, sales ops and marketing
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Poised under pressure and a sense of humor
  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated professional equivalent skill, MBA a plus
  • Willing to travel 15% (when travel resumes)
