Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for Senior Product Marketers who are ready to come in and execute with a general manager’s mindset for their area of focus. Successful Product Marketers at Hologram are inherently curious, with strong customer empathy, creative problem-solving ability, research, synthesis, and analytical skills. They understand the needs and goals of the overall business and how their work drives growth for the company. They are constantly identifying new opportunities, uncovering unforeseen gaps, and proposing innovative solutions. 


About This Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for the go-to-market success of our key products and services. We will look to you for strategic planning and recommendations, messaging and content creation for Marketing and Sales, market expertise, and to lead product launches that are cross-functional, organized, and impactful. This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and will work closely with the marketing team as well as coordinate with colleagues from the product, sales, and customer success teams.


What you'll do:


  • Represent the voice of the buyer:
  • Through research and observation - develop and articulate the changing definition of our buyer and ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Understand segmentation and the buying journey
  • Lead the organization as the subject matter expert and create plans and messaging that will create the biggest impact in the market
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging recommendations
  • Bring the product to life 
  • Create impactful messaging and positioning for marketing campaigns and the Revenue teams
  • Using your knowledge of the product and the market, define key storylines and themes that the go-to-market teams should prioritize
  • Showcase our competitive differentiators in actionable insights and positioning
  • Build and contribute to Playbooks for Sales and Customer Success
  • Partner with teams across the organization
  • You will represent your product, our buyer, and Product Marketing, while working with cross-functional teams across the company
  • Develop strong partnerships and feedback loops
  • Present strategic recommendations to the executive team
  • Deliver awesome launches
  • Working with teams across the organization, you will define the strategies and tactics for each product launch
  • Identify key metrics and goals for each launch with Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • Lead from the front
  • Identify key strategic moves for the organization
  • Uncover new opportunities and risks and incorporate them into your strategic plan


Helpful skills and experience:

  • B2B SaaS Product Marketing/ Product Management experience
  • Measurable success launching new products and features where success was measured by adoption and usage
  • Field enablement and working directly with Sales/ CS teams
  • Partnership with Product Management - or working in close proximity
  • Competitive Intelligence and/ or market research
  • Experience in growth mode start ups/ post seed stage companies


About the Product Marketing Team

The Hologram Product Marketing team is part of the greater Marketing Team and plays a key role within the Revenue Department. There are 2 Senior Product Marketing Manager positions opened with similar responsibilities but different focuses: 

  • Senior Product Marketing Manager with a focus on the Dashboard will support the business as we:
  • Continue to make investments into innovations to our user Dashboard and APIs
  • Launch new features that will increase the value and stickiness of Hologram’s offerings
  • Create new content and messaging for Sales and CS to emphasize the importance of our Dashboard features 
  • A Product Marketing Manager with a focus on Network and Connectivity will support the business as we:
  • Expand our carrier partnerships
  • Build coverage and partnerships in new regions and for new segments and verticals
  • Articulate the unique value in our network and our core competitive differentiators
  • Enable our internal teams to speak to the full value of our network and partnerships
