SaaS Product Marketing Manager

WaterStreet Company, a leading provider of cloud-based Property and Casualty insurance software is hiring a SaaS Product Marketing Manger for its next generation software.


The Product Marketing Manager acts as a liaison between our product development team and sales. This person will be responsible for developing effective product messaging to use as sales tools for business development and onboarding tools for client success. This content will include feature write-ups, knowledge base articles, how-to videos, case studies and other content that communicates benefits and highlights the product value to customers and prospects.


Essential Job Functions


  • Own the product strategy for all Waterstreet products, services, and new features
  • Become an expert in our offerings to position and message for sales team and client success
  • Build engaging presentations, videos, and product overviews based on targeted personas
  • Effectively translate technical product details into benefits for users for client onboarding and feature/benefit copy
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Client Success teams for feedback on copy and digital asset needs


Preferred Knowledge and Skills


  • Working knowledge of video tools and tutorial creation such as Camtasia
  • Successful track record working with product team to develop customer-facing product content for onboarding purposes and sales purposes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including creative written content, and giving presentations to large audiences at conferences/seminars
  • Demonstrated expertise and success in developing compelling product and solution messaging that delivers clear benefits and differentiation


Education and Experience 


Minimum 3 years launching and managing product marketing campaigns for enterprise SaaS software 

Background in P&C InsuranceTech, FinTech, or similar industry a strong plus but not required
