We’re looking for a Product Marketing and Documentation Specialist to help build and execute a world-class marketing practice at Stratifyd. The ideal candidate is a self-starter passionate about building relationships with the sales team, working with customers and product stakeholders to help define Stratifyd’s strategy, engaging analysts in establishing Stratifyd in the CX market, and can comfortably produce and communicate product marketing content across teams for internal enablement and product adoption.
Responsibilities
Product Documentation and Help Center
- Work with the Customer Marketing and Education Manager to ensure Stratifyd product documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to customers.
Analyst Relations Research and Management
- Work with internal stakeholders on communicating the value of Stratifyd in the CX and analytics marketplace.
- Support Analyst Relations with research that briefs Stratifyd stakeholders on analyst background, reports, and suggested questions for analyst inquiries.
- Attend analyst briefings and inquires and communicate learnings from these meetings to the rest of the Stratifyd team.
Product Marketing Support
- Conduct internal and external persona research to complete Stratifyd’s persona matrix for Stratifyd’s defined solutions.
- Create ongoing competitive intelligence collateral and train Sales and CS teams on a regular cadence about Stratifyd’s position against our competitors.
- Assist Sr. Product Marketing Lead in updating messaging across the website, product videos, and sales collateral.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience on product or marketing teams at a B2B SaaS company.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills to work closely with marketing team members, product management, and customer success to ensure timely execution of all programs.
- Technical prowess be able to communicate Stratifyd’s core value propositions and use cases to our customers.
