As Headway’s Product Marketing Manager, Patients, you’ll play an integral role in scaling Headway’s product marketing function. Reporting directly into Headway’s Senior Manager, Marketing (Product Marketing & Planning), you’ll be our first product marketer responsible for our patient product – including product messaging & positioning, product launches, and cross-functional go-to-market execution. You will be a key voice of the customer internally and work cross-functionally to drive marketing campaigns, new product releases, and enable growth teams to effectively attract, convert, and retain our patients.


You Will:

  • Become an expert on our patient product – develop a deep understanding of the market, our competitive landscape, and our customers
  • Own patient positioning and messaging (including personas) to elevate the quality of our growth motions
  • Lead product launches, working closely with cross-functional partners (product management, marketing, comms, design, enablement, clinical, CX, ops) 
  • Partner with our content and growth marketing teams to create content — landing pages, emails — that improve our top of funnel metrics


You'd be a great fit if:

  • You have 5-7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in health tech
  • You’ve worked in product marketing supporting the demand-side of a marketplace or on B2C products
  • You’re empathetic and relationship-obsessed – both with internal collaborators and customers 
  • You have strong track record of driving quantifiable results
