Product Marketing Manager, Growth

The opportunity:

Parsley Health is building a Product Marketing team to support our evolving product. The Product Marketing Manager will partner closely with the Product team to help inform the strategic direction and positioning of products, drives campaigns when rolling out new products, and optimizes current features to support user growth, engagement, and retention. We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about our technology and can have a strong understanding of the customer to help bring new products to market effectively.


What you’ll do:


  • Collaborate with Planning PMM, Product and Marketing to define, manage and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product initiatives and features.
  • Champion the voice of the customer to prioritize products and solutions to best address consumers' needs
  • Consult with Product to help shape product and feature development based on market gaps and customer needs
  • Develop detailed go-to-market strategies for focus area(s), working cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Creative, Acquisition, Lifecycle, and Product 
  • Lead identification of the right segmentation, positioning, messaging, and adoption tactics for new and existing products in focus area(s)
  • Identify ways to refresh and ignite excitement around existing product. 
  • Help drive experimentation plans in partnership with Product, Acquisition, and Lifecycle teams to scale our existing products


You’ll need:


  • 5-8 years of Product Marketing or Product Management experience
  • Experience crafting & implementing customer segmentation based on demographics, attitudes, behaviors and lifetime value.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating customer segment oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement & retention
  • Advanced quantitative and deductive skills. Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise and make data-guided actions.
  • Outstanding prioritization and project management skills
  • Powerful storytelling: written, verbal, and visual
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to build programs from scratch: be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
