Product Marketing Manager (d/f/m) - hybrid

Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our growing product marketing team and join our Brand & Product Marketing team. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will have a unique and diverse role spanning product, research, and customer marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth in our key markets while driving global product launches and campaigns. You will also be responsible for localizing our messaging and content to specific audiences: industry, segment, and personas. 


What is your job?

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for new and existing software products for key markets - US and EMEA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer success, and demand generation, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
  • Assist in pricing and packaging initiatives in collaboration with our Strategy team

Collateral Development and Messaging

  • Craft compelling and tailored messaging and value propositions that resonate with the US and EMEA markets and effectively communicate differentiation.
  • Drive global product launches including messaging, content, and campaigns in collaboration with the demand generation and enablement teams.
  • Develop content for blog posts, webinars, solution briefs, sales decks, and product videos

Customer Marketing

  • Support customer marketing efforts in collaboration with the Customer Success team
  • Support running an impactful Customer Advisory Board, making sure we are driving the right customer insights.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to participate in webinars, review sites like G2, conferences, and industry events to showcase their success with our products.
  • Drive cross-sell campaigns to drive incremental revenue from existing customers through channels such as email, webinars, social media, and our People over Perks Community.
  • Scale and promote customer advocacy efforts by identifying and driving customer evidence collection: customer case studies, win stories, and testimonials

Market Research

  • Conduct research and analysis to be able to localize personas, pain points, and messaging to drive deeper engagement and shape product marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the HR B2B SaaS landscape, and product marketing best practices to drive innovation and optimize marketing efforts.

Reporting and Collaboration

  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of localized product marketing efforts
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, enablement, product, and customer success in the US and Europe.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product and/or partner marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing compelling messaging and programs for Europe and North America
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with customer success, sales, and demand generation teams.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of multiple projects in parallel from start to finish, managing several priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret data and feedback.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, foster collaboration, and effectively represent Leapsome to partners and customers.
  • Creative problem-solving and storytelling abilities to craft compelling narratives that highlight customer success and drive brand awareness
