Product Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is the Subject Matter Expert and Evangelist for a set of Solution offerings within the Interlace Health portfolio who helps shape go-to-market strategy and product roadmaps based on market gaps, competitive intelligence, and customer and market needs. Our ideal candidate is highly collaborative, organized, data driven, and has a strong bias for action. You are an analytical problem solver who is also customer-obsessed and enjoys using their creativity and storytelling skills to deliver better user experiences. This position reports to the Director of Product Marketing & Strategy.

This is a fully remote opportunity, and we are looking to hire in the following states: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin. Internal team meetings may require occasional travel to our headquarters in St. Louis, MO.


OBJECTIVES & JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Overall responsibility and domain expert for an assigned set of solutions within the Interlace Health portfolio; oversee the solution life cycle process including identification, assessment, prioritization, design, and delivery of new offerings as well as manage existing solution enhancements.
  • Develop the strategy, business case, value proposition, messaging, capabilities and road map for your solutions.
  • Know your target market, their challenges (‘jobs to be done’), create personas, and define the components of the solution, the roles, workflows, processes, applications and data and other requirements.
  • Research, monitor and develop a deep understanding of the target market, industry trends, competitors and initiatives to ensure continued success of existing solutions and identify potential new solution opportunities. Translate research into POVs that help Interlace Health stay ahead of the curve.
  • Bring Interlace Health solutions to life with clear, compelling, and engaging assets for campaigns and selling conversations.
  • Drive comprehensive market research using both primary/secondary data to support segmentation, packaging, pricing, positioning, business value decisions.
  • Translate solution needs into use cases, user stories and other artifacts necessary for Product Management.
  • Serve as evangelist helping to educate Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and other teams and prospective customers and markets on features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Maintain contact with professional associations, standard boards and other companies and participate in industry conferences and events.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • 5+ years’ experience in product marketing or related marketing discipline. Focus on B2B technology preferred.
  • Experience with messaging, positioning, go-to-market execution, and developing buyer insights.
  • Proven ability to create a variety of internal and external content, including sales playbooks, slide presentations, and technical thought leadership.
  • Successful track record of translating product features into buyer and end user benefits.
  • Data and results-driven; expert in market research, analysis & POV reporting and best practices for B2B proof points.
  • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and manage projects amidst ambiguity in a high-growth environment. Quickly embrace new opportunities and prioritize time effectively.
  • Excellent ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Understands line of business strategy and goals and drives marketing initiatives to meet those objectives.
  • Attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously is a must.
  • Adept at building strong professional relationships in a remote-first environment.
  • Practical problem solving and strong critical thinking skills with excellent judgment and initiative.
  • Energetic and passionate and able to work under pressure.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in product management, marketing, business, finance, product development, project management, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing required.
  • SaaS experience essential, healthcare experience strongly preferred.
