We have a small but growing team, so the right candidate will be comfortable wearing many hats and be able to contribute to the overall product strategy while also rolling up their sleeves and getting the work done.

Overview of the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic-thinking Product Marketing Manager who loves to form and execute the product marketing strategy. The Product Marketing Manager will be leading the go-to-market strategy of our entire eLearning solution. Working closely with the Product, Sales and Marketing teams, you will educate customers and prospective customers on the value of the Lambda Suite. Success in this role is ultimately measured by customer acquisition and product engagement.


What you will do:

  • Define and execute a Go-To-Market Strategy for Lambda and our products to deliver our unique value proposition to customers.
  • Develop clear Customer Profiles to communicate to Lambda who our target market and ideal customers are.
  • Create positioning and messaging for our eLearning solution.
  • Perform Competitive Analysis to develop the intelligence for Sales to use our competitive advantages in opportunities.
  • Lead Product Launches to continuously promote and educate the company and customers on all product releases.
  • Understand the buyer inside and out to continuously advocate for their needs.
  • Create content that helps Sales and Customer Success teams establish and drive customer adoption of Lambda Suite features.


To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in Product Marketing
  • Experience with Enterprise, B2B, or B2B2C software
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • The ability to translate product features into solutions and benefits
  • You are inspired to think about making learning available to the world
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally
  • A craving to be strongly data informed but avoid analysis paralysis


It would be an even better fit if you have:

  • Experience with eLearning or eCommerce software
  • Pragmatic Marketing Certification or Strategyzer training
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
