Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d)


In the 1950s, global trade changed for good. The invention of the standardized container suddenly meant that transporting goods across the world became affordable. And with that, paved the way for globalization and global wealth. But contrary to the container, most surrounding processes have not been standardized nor innovated—and are still frustratingly complex, manual, and error-prone.

Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d)  


… to define, own and execute go-to-market strategies and make our product launches wildly successful. You will be joining the product team early on in the product development process, working on ICPs, positioning and messaging of our new products. Ultimately you will own the launch campaigns of our new products in close collaboration with product, customer success, marketing and sales, tracking leads, signups and adoption. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the main interface between the different teams, creating alignment, and excitement and having lots of fun.


Your responsibilities in a nutshell  


  • Craft, validate, widely share and update a unique, compelling, differentiated, defensible and clear value-prop for new products and features launched
  • Validate, position, launch and accompany new products to market at scale after defining the initial GTM
  • Actively contribute to these product's revenue continuous growth across channels (online, sales, partners) through strategy, positioning and content
  • Improve both the product mix and GTM based on collection of insights and analysis
  • Support the product marketing team in defining and updating actionable segmentation, help the team develop a deep understanding of personas needs based on collected data in a structured way 
  • Become an expert in your products and together with Product Managers define products’ roadmaps


Job requirements


What we’re looking for 


  • Experienced in product marketing for B2B software (preferably SaaS products) 
  • Ability to deeply understand the technology
  • Ability to define clear and efficient process and run tight operations at scale
  • Ability to glean the right insights from asking the right questions, analysing the right data and communicate these insights in clear and compelling ways
  • Ability to craft a unique and original series of stories and messages that "stick", rooted in a deep understanding of the audience's needs and aspirations as well as the competitive environment
  • Fluency in English - all other languages are no requirement
