About the Role


ScalePad is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy and client expansion. You’ll be joining a very energetic, positive, and collaborative team that fosters growth and personal development. You’ll be responsible for leading, planning, and executing the launches of new products, features, and releases of existing products, as well as managing the cross-functional implementation. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and sales to develop content and marketing collateral that resonate with our customers and tell a compelling story. Responsibilities

  • Conduct and synthesize customer insights, competitive research, industry and market trends to become an expert on the ScalePad buyers and personas. 
  • Establish a process for the ongoing collection and distribution of key findings to functional stakeholders. 
  • Educate internal teams on the ScalePad buyers, personas, and product. 
  • Develop cohesive and compelling messaging that clearly articulate the benefits and use cases of the ScalePad tool.
  • Develop marketing assets (such as blogs, white papers, and testimonials) that generate demand and help move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Create sales enablement tools (pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, etc.) and train the sales teams on how to confidently communicate the value proposition and benefits of the ScalePad tool
  • Lead go-to-market plans, ensuring that all customer-facing teams are on message and that all channels are maximized
  • Lead, plan and execute the launches of new products and features
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support new launches and report back to the business on required changes.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns and coordinate with various stakeholders on the marketing team to achieve campaign goals


About You

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
  • 5+ years experience in a marketing role
  • 3+ years in a Product Marketing
  • Experience leading campaigns and Go-To-Market plans 
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product management, customer support
  • Experience creating customer-facing communications 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell compelling stories
  • Ability to simplify complexity and translate into easily understood messages
  • Organized and deadline-oriented
  • Adaptable and easily rolls with the punches
  • Growth mindset and a positive attitude
