Product Marketing Manager

Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our HR tech solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans to effectively position the HR tech solutions in the market.
  • Create compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences, including HR professionals, business leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and content marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Drive the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for product launches, feature releases, and major updates, ensuring successful execution and measurable results.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and inform strategic decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS or HR tech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a focus on positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of HR technology landscape and trends is a plus.
