Product Marketing Manager

At VideaHealth, our mission is to improve dental patient health through artificial intelligence. Our MIT & Harvard research has shown that dentists miss up to 40% of dental diseases, leading to delayed treatments and health risks. We are changing this. Our dental AI is used by many leading Dental Chains to improve the quality of care through better diagnoses, increased efficiencies, and improved patient trust. To accelerate our growth, we are hiring an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive product positioning, messaging, market education, and enablement for VideaHealth’s products and support our channel teams. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will be a critical driver to the growing adoption of our AI solutions. 


About You

You are adaptable, an excellent communicator, and a strong writer. This isn’t your first product marketing rodeo - you’ve successfully brought B2B products and features to market before. 


You enjoy being the voice of the customer and have a get-it-done attitude. You have a knack for distilling concepts into clear, convincing ideas. Above all, you believe in our mission to transform dentistry through AI and are excited to tell that story to the world. 


Responsibilities

  • Drive product positioning and competitively differentiated messaging for VideaHealth’s products and features based on user research, market insights, and product knowledge.
  • Bring new products & features to market by leading, planning, and executing launches.
  • Partner with Product, Channel Sales, Direct Sales, and Customer Success to develop educational enablement materials that improve conversion and win rates.
  • Define and execute pipeline generation programs, and develop high-value thought leadership pieces (whitepapers, webinars) and key content assets (video, email nurture).
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned. Use this knowledge to update competitive resources and position our products and brand.
  • Champion client testimonials and customer success stories, identifying new opportunities to showcase client success and leverage these stories to create impact.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience within the B2B technology space. Healthcare or dental experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong writing skills across different mediums, from ad copy and web copy, to sell sheets and sales decks. 
  • Demonstrated experience developing high-impact, value-based messaging across different customer segments. 
  • Strong analytical skills. You enjoy synthesizing data, discerning user insights, and developing market research.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product and customer success stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
