Product Marketing Manager

What to expect as Elastic Path’s Product marketing Manager


Elastic Path is searching for a Product Marketer to join the team and drive our unique selling proposition into market through differentiated messaging, product launches, content creation, and sales enablement, all while refining a deep understanding of our ideal buyer. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B product marketing for SaaS companies, is digitally-savvy, and has a proven track record of supporting sales teams beat their targets. To thrive in this role, you will be skilled at building cross-functional relationships, an excellent writer, a passionate story teller, and a true team player.

This role will report directly to the Associate Director, Product Marketing and is based in Boston.


What impact will you have?


  • Be an expert on the commerce market --> gather & distill learnings from customers, prospects, partners, analysts, webinars, competitors, etc., share them internally, and use them to influence Go-To-Market motion.
  • Serve as an Elastic Path product expert -> maintain a “joined at the hip” alignment with our product team, invest in building and maintaining an intimate understanding of our offerings, and translate offerings into differentiated messaging.  
  • Activate our Unique Selling Proposition (USP) in the market: 
  • Via content --> create content targeting our Ideal Customer Profile (short form: blogs, videos, etc., & long form: books, videos, demos, etc.) and then share that content directly with the market.
  • Via product launches --> support a variety of product and partner launches with messaging, enablement, press release copy, slideware, etc.
  • Via sales & partner enablement --> ensure our commercial and partner teams have the content and training they need to bring our USP to life throughout the buyer’s journey.
  • Via demand gen programs --> partner with broader marketing team to execute marketing programs that educate the market, build buyer preference for Elastic Path, and generate qualified leads.
  • Understands and applies Elastic Path security policies, processes and controls, as required, in day-to-day tasks.


What experience do you need to Be Remarkable in this position? 


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably at an enterprise B2B SaaS company
  • Outstanding communication skills (writing, PowerPoint, presenting, etc.)
  • Expertise in commerce industry is highly desirable
  • 5+ years of secretly (or not so secretly) having fun at work
  • Must be located in ET timezone
