About You


As our Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing function for Intelematics Traffic Data and INSIGHT’s portfolio developing strategies and driving the success of the product in line with the roadmap. This product portfolio is on the cusp of launching a brand new B2B SaaS product that produces useful transport and traffic-related trends and insights. It’s the accumulation of 12-years of real-time traffic information packed into one visualisation portal built for city planners, government bodies, and enterprise organisations.


You will bring your expertise in analysing market trends, competitor landscapes, target markets and positioning to carve out impactful go-to-market strategies and competitive marketing campaigns that generate quality leads and convert.


You will be a passionate product marketer with a proven track record of successfully promoting existing and launching new B2B / B2B2C products in the SaaS / Tech industry. Operating at both strategic and operational level, in close collaboration with the Marketing, Sales and Product teams, you will understand the pulse of our customers and competitors well to drive demand and adoption of the product to bring the success home.


About the Role


As a Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will operate with autonomy and make this position your own.


You will be joining a small but mighty team of creative, fun-loving, vibrant marketers and play an active role in mentoring other members of the marketing team.    


  • Build, present, execute and report on go-to-market campaigns to drive product adoption, utilisation and speed to value collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Product teams
  • Develop sound understanding of target markets / customers to be able to translate the product’s and its feature’s benefits into a messaging that appeal customer needs generating strong interest and conversion
  • Take a leading role on product analytics, market and customer research to inform prioritisation of campaign activities, persona adoption and segmentation
  • Implement product positioning including creating product collateral and other sources of content that will increase brand relevance, awareness and customer demands
  • Develop and maintain a messaging framework for product and feature value propositions and USPs, ensuring it is clearly defined and easily accessible for stakeholders across the business
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to the internal and external teams, and communicate with the senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budgets
  • Operate within the constraints of the marketing budget and report on activity and ROI
  • Work in partnership with the existing marketing team to represent the voice of the customer and design intelligent marketing journeys


Your Skills and Experience


  • 5+ years of well-rounded marketing experience, with 3 years of experience in product marketing
  • Proven experience implementing and executing multi-channel go-to-market campaigns and budgets
  • Collaborative working style with an ability to work within a team in a hands-on capacity to achieve individual, team and organisational goals
  • Sound understanding of and experience in traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite, Salesforce, marketing automation software (i.e. Pardot, etc.) and other relevant technologies
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management abilities
  • A storyteller with ability to effectively communicate product marketing vision and influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to act decisively, turning decisions into actions that generate desired outcomes
  • A problem solver and strategic thinker who approaches tasks with motivation and commitment
  • An innovative, curious, focused and a go getter mindset
