If so, then Omnicell's Product Marketing Manager is the role for you!

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing programs for Omnicell’s Platform solution that will make an impact on our target audiences. You’ll drive growth, client satisfaction, and client performance by bringing to life the value, differentiation, and proof points of our services to customers and industry influencers. We want to meet enthusiastic candidates with the organizational skills to partner with product, marketing, and our client services teams and shape the product story.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing plan for go-to-market theme(s), which highlights the value Omnicell's services deliver to our customer base, including the release of new capabilities and innovations;
  • Unearth insights into customer needs and market opportunities by actively engaging with sales and customer success teams, presenting to clients and embedding these insights within product narratives and stories;
  • Write compelling content and design/produce slide decks that describes the product's ability to meet client needs, solve market problems and/or fulfill aspirations;
  • Define unassailable product proof points as well as differentiated and engaging packaging and positioning strategies;
  • Empower our client-facing teams by creating marketing collateral and sales enablement materials that include pitch decks, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, battle cards, and demos;
  • Monitor competitive activity – both direct and indirect – and adjust, update or refine the value proposition to further differentiate our products and services

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Able to execute commercialization strategies, programs, and tactics for technical products
  • Strong creative skills, ability to design and create compelling pitch decks
  • Knowledge or background marketing cloud-based and SaaS technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively at multiple levels of the organization, including product management, sales, and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and be accountable for results.
  • Passion for transforming the healthcare experience, both for healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office and Adobe
  • Outstanding communication; strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Skilled in project management
  • A knack for problem-solving
  • A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams and colleagues
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in a product marketing, marketing or product management role within healthcare, technology or medical devices
  • Experience with B2B marketing
  • Product marketing experience with cloud-based and/ or SaaS technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or another advanced degree
  • Design experience
