Multiple Openings- Agile Product Marketing Group maintains a "bench" of highly skilled B2B product marketers to staff client engagements, which could include interim management roles, fixed-scope projects, leading workshops, and coaching clients. 


The ideal candidate will have experience working with both startups and mature companies and have the opportunity to work closely with our client's leadership. You will serve as the product marketing expert for our clients and often times work with the product line and with diverse stakeholders including product management, sales, professional services, finance, client services, and corporate marketing.


Engagements may include some or all of the following:

•Delivering depth to strategic thinking, market insights and analysis to direct product marketing strategy, plans, and budget for line of business and products to achieve financial, pipeline and growth targets.


•Developing comprehensive Go to Market plans in support of new products and releases, and managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan.


• Collaborate with product management, sales teams, business development, PR, training and other internal marketing channels throughout the duration and execution of all marketing initiatives.


• Marketing efforts may include advertising, branding, product launches, acquisition/retention programs, sales collateral/tools development, event/tradeshow recommendations and ROI justification.


•Creating positioning and messaging that differentiates your line of business solutions, with clear and compelling competitive advantage. Developing an in-depth knowledge of buyer and user personas, segmentation, value propositions.


•Market intelligence – being the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; being the expert on your competition and how to beat them.


•Sales enablement – communicating the value proposition of the products to the sales team and developing the sales tools that support the selling process of your products


•Leading cross-functional teams with internal and external partners


•Working with corporate branding to ensure that deliverables comply and support the evolution of brand standards by participating with corporate branding councils and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, Communications, or related field


• Minimum 2 years of B2B Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Go-to-Market experience


• Proven success in effectively leading product marketing through key stages of lifecycle from strategy through to execution


• Experience with integrated marketing and modern marketing practices (for example, digital, social, display, video, web, mobile) in addition to traditional marketing channels to reach, influence, and transact with a market place


• Experience with Enterprise technology related to SaaS, Cybersecurity, Internet of Things, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Software Development tools, Embedded Software, or Learning Management Systems is strongly preferred.
