Marketing Coordinator

Overview

Mio is looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Coordinator to assist us as we grow and scale in a friendly, fast-paced startup environment.

You will be a critical member of the marketing team, which is responsible for product marketing, content marketing, inbound lead generation, customer outreach, and user engagement.

Reporting day-to-day to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of creative, tactical, and cross-department projects.

Key areas of focus include communicating product benefits across marketing channels, improving user adoption/satisfaction, and event planning.

You are a fast learner and can provide valuable marketing, brand, and positioning skills applicable to B2B SaaS environments. You have excellent project management skills, and enjoy the dynamic pace of startup culture.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive more conversions from our blog to our website, and ultimately our apps.
  • Write straightforward and easy-to-understand help articles for new product features to increase user satisfaction.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly metrics, create summary reports, and recommend creative strategies for improvement.
  • Plan and set up webinars to educate new users on app benefits and improve product adoption.
  • Assist in planning industry conferences, including but not limited to trade show strategy, booth design, travel logistics, and lead generation.
  • Produce marketing and product update emails and drip campaigns that are relevant to our audiences.
  • Collaborate with designers and freelancers to improve the visual consistency of Mio’s brand and marketing collateral (graphics, videos, website, etc).
  • Source guest post authors from the Microsoft, Cisco, Slack, and Zoom communities.
  • Identify guest post opportunities to raise the profile and domain authority of the Dispatch blog.
  • Run experiments to improve the conversion rate of our pop-ups.


You would also ideally have:


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate the product vision across all marketing channels.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity working in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Familiarity with email marketing services like Mailchimp.
  • Familiarity with Intercom.


Location: Fully remote

This full-time position is fully remote and will report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager.
