Your opportunity


We are looking for a results-oriented, experienced B2B focused Product Marketing Lead to build the foundations of our Product Marketing function. You’ll own our Product Marketing strategy, bringing the market closer to the product teams by acting as the voice of the customer, and support the marketing, sales and customer success teams through data driven go-to-market strategies.


Your responsibilities


  • Partner with the product team to influence the roadmap, and helping translate product performance and market feedback into product experiences that delight our customers and exceed expectations;
  • Increase the conversion rate of self service customers, getting them to value sooner, and driving usage of Tinybird within an organisation;
  • Owns our referrals strategy, working to drive organic virality and paid referral programs
  • Develop positioning which reflects the problems we solve and the value our prospects and customers get from our solutions;
  • Support the GTM teams by creating internal facing content including sales training, competitive positioning, FAQs, cheat sheets, personas, win/loss analysis etc. 
  • Build successful GTM strategies to bring new products to market and iterate on the existing ones; and track their impact;
  • Work with Sales to inspire, motivate and ultimately win flagship brands through the sales cycle and generate compelling metric driven customer stories.


What you bring to the team


  • Extensive product marketing experience working high-growth B2B API focused technology companies/start-ups;
  • Deep knowledge of product marketing techniques and methodologies;
  • A proponent of data-driven decision making with a strong handle on product marketing metrics and analysis;
  • An uncompromising customer champion, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Engineering;
  • Has the ability to juggle multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment, with a bias towards action and getting things done;
  • Has a growth mindset, is autonomous, is willing to take the responsibility, and is passionate about building something great.

  1. A get to know each-other call (30min)
  2. A skills based interview (1hr)
  3. A final interview with one or two of the founders (1-1.5hr).
