Head of Product Marketing

The role (what you’ll do):

  • Manage, coordinate, innovate and implement product launches and go to market strategies across the Receipt Bank products.
  • Increase customer engagement and adoption of new and hero features within the product via targeted partner campaigns.
  • Communicate and validate the value proposition of new products within the overall product strategy.
  • Manage and grow the Product Marketing team at Dext.


The Tasks

  • An understanding the strategic opportunities that arise from the capabilities of the product and communicating the value to the wider company and our user base
  • Determining a clear value proposition that supports the user, product and commercial objectives
  • Working with Marketing and Sales to manage long-term value proposition statements as new functionality optimises existing product capabilities
  • Managing targeted, personalised and timely campaigns to encourage feature awareness and adoption amongst audience segments, as well as monitor and maintain product adoption campaigns post release


About You (what we are looking for):

  • 6+ years of B2B/ eCommerce experience.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial results in a growing company.
  • Experience leading a team of diverse people with diverse skillsets.
  • An agile thinker, someone who understands that in scale-up businesses, plans change quickly
  • Comfortable switching from strategy to tactical execution quickly.
  • Data-centric operational experience and performance against KPIs.
  • Project management experience on global/ cross-country campaigns.
