About the Role


This is an incredibly unique and high visibility role at the right company at the right time. Now is the time to join us!


As our head of ecosystem product marketing, you’ll be responsible for leading the entire product marketing program for our expansive ecosystem of cloud, technology, and SI partners. You’ll have experience standing up a product marketing program from the ground up, the leadership skills needed to manage across multiple key stakeholders, and a portfolio of great work that demonstrates clear, crisp, and compelling messaging shared through content, collateral, and public speaking. 


Overall program strategy and leadership

  • Closely collaborate with the global partnerships team, which spans strategic cloud partners, global and regional SIs, and technology partners
  • Develop an engagement model between partners, marketing, and product marketing to help and scale our growth and accelerate impact
  • Develop positive relationships with our most strategic partners to help drive joint pipeline


Go-to-market messaging and campaigns 

  • Lead market launches for strategic partnerships and our external facing partner network
  • Develop joint value propositions, messaging, collateral, and content
  • Support the partner marketing team on field events and campaigns 
  • Capture the great successes and stories with joint customers 


Field enablement

  • Be the go-to resource for our sales organization on messaging, objection handling, and competitive intelligence related to partnerships
  • Create sales and partner enablement presentations, briefs, playbooks, etc.


Thought leadership 

  • Evangelize partnerships and Quantum Metric’s Continuous Product Design thought leadership via speaking opportunities at partner and industry events
  • Drive or support co-branded thought leadership with partners, e.g. webinars, e-books, etc.


Requirements

  • 7-10 years experience in product marketing, preferably B2B and with familiarity of Quantum Metric’s ecosystem of cloud, technology, and SI partners
  • Demonstrated leadership and management of cross-functional teams, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Track record of excellent public speaking, writing, and presentation skills 
  • Demonstrated experience translating joint value propositions into clear, crisp, and compelling collateral, sales deck, demo scripts, enablement content, blog posts, e-books, webinars, etc. 
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, high execution—you’re going to find the gaps on the team, solve big problems, and deliver impact fast
  • High self-awareness and (at least a little bit of) a sense of humor goes a long way on our team
