About the team

The Loqate global marketing team is a strategic function within the Loqate business unit. The team drives revenue and builds the Loqate brand across our core markets. With global responsibilities, the team is distributed across the USA, UK and Europe. The product marketing function within this team is responsible for taking our products to market and telling compelling value-based stories to our core audiences and markets.

The Director of Product Marketing sits on the marketing leadership team, reporting to the CMO. You are responsible for driving the growth, adoption and usage of our product portfolio and enabling our global sales and customer success team while working alongside our demand- and revenue-generating marketing team. We see product marketing as the fuel to drive increased growth and past our competition in our customer's eyes. Managing a small but growing team consisting of Product Growth and Sales Enablement specialists, this role requires a stronger leader, with B2B product marketing experience (ideally in software) who can drive an increase in product adoption.

What you will do

Product marketing strategy & execution: Working cross-functionally, you will define and execute a product marketing strategy centered on increasing product adoption. This will include evolving Loqate’s positioning and messaging and how this drives customer acquisition and growth.

Product growth: You and your team will partner with product, sales and customer success teams to articulate the value of Loqate to current and future customers and partners. Each product growth specialist will be known for saying “This is what value my product provides customers; how can I help you sell more of it to them?”

Enablement: Partnering with marketing and sales leaders globally, you will develop and execute all enablement tactics for the business. We want everyone in Loqate to be able to articulate the value we provide clearly and for our customers to easily understand this.

Insight: Your team will be the voice of the customer, are the market experts and understand the nuances of each of our competitors. You’ll develop and evolve a framework which takes this insight and turns it into action.

Leadership: Lead your growing team, providing guidance, mentorship and direction.

  • Passion for taking products to market and enabling predictable and scalable growth
