We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Director of Product Marketing to join our fast-growing team. As the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for our platform, offerings, and services.


Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll get to work on the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our solutions across target markets.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive demand and revenue growth for our products and services. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer success to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches. 
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging. 
  • Develop compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement materials to effectively communicate the unique benefits of our products to target audiences. 
  • Understand the market research ecosystem and competition, build battle cards, and enable internal teams.  
  • Lead the development of high-impact marketing collateral, including product videos, datasheets, case studies, and presentations. 
  • Analyze key metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement. 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge. 


What You'll Have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry. 
  • Product Marketing Alliance certification. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. 
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. 
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

We’re committed to pay equity/fair pay practices and closing the gender salary gap.

  • Pay range for this role: $110,000 - $130,000 CAD depending on experience
