Director of Product Marketing

You are

An unstoppable force of nature when it comes to selling to consumers, driven by the unmatched pleasure of watching graphs rise. You have 5 years' worth of experience working as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, building and managing a team and leading them to successful accomplishments.

You’re a leader, a good listener, who loves deep research – and data – and independent thinking. You have exceptional collaboration skills, time consciousness, and finalizing projects within given time frames.


Your OKRs

  • Generate $40m in ARR per year from marketing, by converting the millions of visitors we bring in every month. Our traffic generation model is pretty mature and relies on inbound marketing, referrals, and paid acquisition. We need to build step-level improvements here.
  • You will focus on the first purchase a user makes, which means you will need to articulate our value proposition in order to convince anonymous visitors and free users that the product is worth it many times over for them (and it is).


Level of seniority, and reporting structure

  • This is a senior, director-level position. You will be responsible for a critical KPI for the company. 
  • You will report directly to the CMO and will work with others in our marketing teams, such as paid acquisition, and the content team. 


Requirements:

  • You've led a B2C subscription product marketing org (3+ people). 
  • You understand how tech companies work: you’ve worked closely and successfully with product managers and developers, you write excellent specs yourself - and you can coach your team to that level.
  • You have a background in investing in services or products and love investing in the stock market yourself. 
  • You've seen the journey from ~$50M to ~$100–150M ARR in a subscription company.
  • You like numbers just like we do. You score ideas based on impact+cost. You’re an expert in Google Analytics and know Looker (or Tableau) well. We want a leader who can go deep.
  • You can articulate a strategy, break it down into tactical touchpoints, and then optimize them as we launch features and campaigns.
  • You like to move FAST and achieve big things. You have a ton of energy and you communicate this to people on your team – and can do all of that mostly remotely.
  • You have experience with high-velocity b2c SaaS. You're able to spot opportunities for improvement in our current growth engine.


Location

  • This is a work-from-home role. You can be located anywhere in the US (EST) or Israel to succeed in this position.
