Digital Marketing Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY:
Accusoft is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to support our digital marketing strategy and execution. This position will assist in daily website operations, online content management, and marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in the management of the corporate web site, blogs, graphics, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay per click (PPC) advertising.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will provide support for Accusoft's online presence. This position will be responsible for maintaining and updating content on our website, managing third-party content services, and updating content on various platforms. This role will also support executing and optimizing SEO best practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintenance of the Accusoft and OnTask web sites including content management, SEO, and implementing the company's strategic direction.
- Assist with our SEO and PPC strategies, with the goal of improving our rankings and ROI from both organic and paid search.
- Work with external agencies to assist in execution of web, design and search programs.
- Manage various content platforms.
- Maintain Digital Marketing documentation.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Science in Marketing or Business Administration with a Marketing concentration or related disciplines; At least 2 years experience in online marketing and/or web site management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have:
- Excellent PC computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Experience with the tactical management of web sites.
- Experience working with content management systems (WordPress).
- Experience with SEO and PPC execution & concepts.
- Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments and team members.
- Adobe Creative Cloud skills preferred.
