We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Pricing & Packaging who will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies for Reputation’s products and services. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of modern SaaS-based pricing & packaging strategies, as well as a proven track record of driving customer-centric pricing initiatives that have resulted in increased revenue and profitability. Proven pricing and analytical capabilities are a must.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and tactics that align with our overall business goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine optimal pricing for new and existing products and services.
  • Monitor competitive pricing and market trends to ensure our pricing strategies remain relevant and competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and finance, to develop pricing models that meet customer needs and maximize revenue.
  • Analyze and interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of our pricing strategies and tactics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement packaging strategies that effectively communicate the value of our products and services to customers and prospects.
  • Implement and manage a formalized pricing process across the pricing lifecycle, as well as ongoing SKU administration.
  • Support pricing structures with 3rd party partner providers
  • Develop and implement pricing experiments and pilots to test new pricing models and evaluate their impact on revenue and profitability.
  • Create and maintain pricing tools to support sales and customer success teams, including pricing calculators and rate cards.
  • Develop and deliver pricing training to sales and customer success teams to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell our products and services at the appropriate price points.
  • Participate in deal specific pricing reviews


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy and execution for SaaS companies.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful pricing strategies that have driven revenue growth and increased profitability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with pricing tools and technologies, such as pricing optimization software, is a plus.
