Matrix Requirements

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in our continued success by developing a deep understanding of our buyers, customers, and the market. You'll use this knowledge to influence our product roadmap, craft compelling messaging, and lead the launch of new products and features. Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our buyers, customers, and the market to influence our product roadmap and craft effective positioning.
• Leverage your understanding of product development and go-to-market phases to independently scope and execute complex and strategic projects.
• Research to understand customer needs and use this insight to guide messaging and positioning.
• Lead product launches, partnering with the product team to set launch goals and complete key deliverables such as internal and external content, training or enablement sessions, and website updates.
• Serve as the "evangelist" for your product area by contributing to revenue enablement programs, marketing and PR campaigns, customer education, and adoption.

Requirements:

• Highly skilled Product Marketing Manager with significant depth of experience in all core PMM responsibilities, and ideally a "superpower" in one of the areas.
• Ability to draw upon experience to solve problems and guide strategic or executional topics with professional maturity & executive presence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, always adapting to the audience to compel & engage.
• Strong project management skills with a great understanding of marketing and sales funnel.
• Ability to seek out, interpret, and synthesize relevant data and conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
• Native/Fluent in English.
