The core functionalities of our platform are designed to solve central compliance issues in the context of international expansion and working with global teams. Through Lano, businesses can sign compliant contracts with contractors and employees all over the world and access a global network of employment law and payroll experts who are there to provide the necessary local knowledge to avoid costly compliance risks.

Our platform gives businesses the flexibility and freedom to choose the employment type that works best for them, be it contractors or full-time employees, and allows them to provide their HR and Finance teams as well as their employees and contractors with a unified platform.

Our own team at Lano is composed of 75 members from 21 different nationalities who are spread across 5 continents and 14 countries. We know the challenges of working with an international team and use our own experience to constantly improve our services to our customers. Since 2018, we have supported more than 1,000 businesses on their global expansion journey, among them rapidly growing start-ups like Monday to long-established enterprises like Scout 24.
