Joom Marketplace is one of the key businesses of Joom, international group of e-commerce and fintech companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes the following businesses: Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; Joompay, a fintech service for daily financial transactions in Europe; Joom Logistics, a business that provides logistics, technology and infrastructure services for cross-border eCommerce; JoomPro, a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. Joom’s offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Luxembourg and Portugal.
We are now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who will be in charge of Joom’s marketing strategy and its execution globally. As the CMO, you will oversee various marketing channels, including performance marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, social media marketing, and some offline marketing activities. The primary focus will be on the European market. In this role, you will manage a team of three direct reports and grow the marketing team. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and machine learning developers involved in creating traffic-buying algorithms.
