The Role:


The Senior Product Marketing Manager - Data will serve as the expert on our product’s positioning, benefits, and use cases, as well as the MarTech industry as a whole. You will provide technical guidance, best practices and process improvements that can benefit the marketers and partners you work with to make them more successful. You'll act as a key liaison between our marketing audiences externally and our product and engineering teams, with the aim of enhancing the customer experience so that our existing and future customers understand and get the most out of the Iterable platform.


Position Details:

• Develop and own the Iterable technical messaging and positioning through deep engagement with product management, partnerships, marketing, and sales engineering

• Be the subject matter expert (SME) and create thought-provoking and compelling external content such as presentations, thought leadership articles, webinars, campaign deliverables, and new formats that reach target customers in a memorable and impactful way

• Dream up world-class engaging demos and customer journeys that are the basis for customer engagements in the sales process

• Develop pithy and effective sales training materials. Make it easy for non-technical sales to understand our complete offering

• Design well-informed content for a global team of sales engineers with more technical knowledge

• Partner with a world-class Product Management team to bring the future of innovation on the Iterable platform to market

• Develop competitive insights to deliver the right solutions and messaging to the market

• Understand and communicate our key differentiators to further establish Iterable as a leader in the market

• Assist the Solutions team Consultants and Architects


The Ideal Candidate Will Be/Have:

• At least 3-5 years experience in a product marketing position for an enterprise software/SaaS start-up, preferably with a technical background working with data and integrations

• Previous role of Technical product marketer or Technical product marketing preferred

• Must have demonstrated experience in writing and translating tech

• Demonstrated ability to effectively position B2B products for growth in the market, working with marketing and sales to build a healthy pipeline while increasing the velocity and rate of closing deals

• Experience positioning technical products to both technical users and decision-makers

• Strong technical depth and ability to learn quickly, balanced with sharp business acumen

• Great written and oral communication skills to evangelize Iterable

• Ability to effectively partner with all functions from engineering and product to sales and marketing

• Strong industry knowledge of CDPs and the MarTech landscape
