About the role: 

We’re looking for a motivated and self-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our global team of customer-centric, collaborative PMMs. This role is a maternity cover for approximately 9-10 months, during which you will report to the Product Marketing Director and support the rest of the team across different projects including customer research, messaging and positioning, sales enablement, new feature launches, and process creation and improvement. The role is highly cross-functional and strategic, as we are preparing to launch several new features and products and take Aircall to the next stage of its growth!

Some of the things you will do:

  • Improve and streamline our launch processes - we have a lot of new products and features coming next year, and we want to make sure everything flows smoothly from Product, to PMM, to Marketing, to Sales and Customer Success. 
  • Own and execute on a set of new features launches - you will partner with one or more PMs and own feature launches covering everything from internal communication, enablement, and external comms. 
  • Manage cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and other key stakeholders
  • Deliver customer or market research - conduct research to influence  strategic decision making. 
  • Additional PMM projects as needed - based on your skills, interests, and needs!

What you’ll bring: 

  • A customer-centric mindset with 5+ years of relevant experience for a B2B technology product in either PMM, Marketing, Sales or Customer Success
  • A strong team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals
  • Strong project management skills and track record of successful cross team collaboration 
  • A proactive communicator who is excited to take initiative and has outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
  • A left- and right-brain thinker who is both creative and analytical
  • A global-minded individual who is energized by working with a diverse and international team
  • An excellent storyteller who understands how to tailor a message to meet an audience’s needs
  • Autonomy and ability to manage a project end-to-end with limited guidance
