As the Senior Manager, Product Marketing at 7shifts, you will lead teams that own our product marketing strategies and help us grow engagement, subscriptions and revenue. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be a thought leader for our overall experimentation and growth around product monetization and how we can get the most value out of our highest priority products and features.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage a team of high-performing product marketers to meet the dynamic needs of a hyper-growth company
  • Lead ongoing market and competitive assessments with research and data teams to inform pricing, packaging and positioning
  • Ensure we craft effective go-to-market strategies for product launches and ongoing adoption efforts by collaborating with our Brand, Product, Data, and Partnerships teams to achieve the goals we have for our clients and business, including the development of value propositions and overall product positioning
  • Provide leadership and support for our Sales and Success enablement program, helping to develop standards, process and governance
  • Serve as the pricing strategy expert for all pricing and packaging initiatives and experiments from design through to implementation
  • Analyze and track performance of pricing model initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to improve strategy, prioritization, and processes
  • Develop and manage pricing frameworks, governance, and standard operating procedures to improve decision quality, escalation processes, sales velocity, and customer outcomes


What you bring:

  • Experience bringing products to market/developing go-to-market strategies, ideally in a SaaS organization
  • Strong relationship building capabilities and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • The ability to break down complex concepts so that they’re simple, clear, and human
  • Experience in tech companies where customer insights and deep data analysis are key
  • Familiarity with multivariate testing and experimentation
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
  • 4+ years of experience in a Product Marketing, or Growth Marketing capacity and 2+ years of people management experience 


It’d be even cooler if you had:

  • Product Management experience
  • Background in data or analytics
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Experience developing overarching value propositions, positioning and branding
