We seek a Technical Product Marketing Manager (PMM) with a passion for cybersecurity to help us position Corelight’s open source technology platform and capabilities in the dynamic and fast growing Network Detection and Response (NDR) market. This highly visible, cross-functional role will report to Corelight’s Director of Product Marketing.

Location:
- United States
- Work remotely (PST timezone preferable) OR at Corelight San Francisco HQ once the Covid-19 situation permits
Responsibilities:
- Help position Corelight’s platform and technologies to the market
- Create and maintain technical marketing tools and content to support Corelight demand generation and sales, e.g. presentations, data sheets, whitepapers, demos, and blog posts
- Act as a liaison between product management/engineering and marketing/sales to ensure Corelight’s technical product messaging is both accurate and compelling
- Serve as a Corelight technical evangelist (e.g. speak on webinars)
- Assume product marketing ownership over individual products, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years technical product marketing experience
- Cybersecurity industry experience required, ideally in network infrastructure
- Proven ability to distill complex, technical concepts into clear, compelling prose
- Strong design sense, ability to use visual tools (e.g. slides/diagrams) to communicate technical ideas in a compelling and high quality way (portfolio required)
- Experience building marketing tools that helped close F2000 enterprise accounts
- You have a bias toward action and DIY; prior high-growth startup experience helps
- You recognize opportunity costs and can focus on strategic opportunities while tactfully declining low ROI opportunities
- BA/BS technical degree or equivalent
