Technical Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to drive our platform GTM and content strategy that will help prospects, customers, and partners understand what is possible with SmartRecruiters’ global & flexible system.


Partnering closely with our Platform and Product teams, you thrive as an action-oriented marketer who can distill technical details into unique takeaways, defining and building compelling content that helps us grow our products and marketplace presence.


You must be comfortable as an individual contributor, as well as lead other marketing and technical stakeholders to promote and integrate the value of our platform across the entire SmartRecruiters talent acquisition suite.


Key Responsibilities

  • Become the go-to expert on a unique target persona to create opportunity for demand and accelerate sales velocity
  • Turn technical details around the SmartRecruiters platform into concise positioning & messaging
  • Define and execute technical marketing deliverables, including but not limited to sales collateral, whitepapers, videos, demos, sales enablement trainings, and presentations 
  • Support product releases as the subject matter expert on certain products, integrations, and configuration/compliance improvements
  • Embed the value of technical marketing such that sales, marketing, product, and partner teams are properly informed about and applying all technical and thought leadership content
  • Present technical marketing content to internal and external audiences, including SmartRecruiters revenue organization, customers, partners, and industry analysts
  • Engage online communities and social media, leveraging your technical marketing and thought leadership content


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, sales engineering, product management or management consulting
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills, excellent storyteller and narrative creator
  • Proven technical and marketing skills, including the ability to customize solutions and effectively write/communicate company value propositions and key differentiators
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new, complex technologies quickly
  • Exceptional people skills to interact with executives, colleagues, cross-functional teams, partners, and customers
  • Experience marketing to HR and IT decision makers, including CIO/CTO a plus
  • Experience in the HR Technology industry is a plus
