Sr. SaaS Product Marketer

The primary purpose of the Senior SaaS Product Marketer is to lead the creation of compelling and differentiated messaging for SaaS offerings related to our analytics, task management, workforce management, prescriptive analytics, and AI portfolio. The product marketing function will be highly cross-functional working with Sales, Product, and Marketing Management.

This individual will plan and execute product launches coordinating across internal teams and geos to bring new and existing products to market.

As a member of the marketing team, you will also collaborate with the GTM stakeholders to translate strategy into pipeline by informing and guiding campaigns and tactics. Working with a cross-functional team, the SaaS Product Marketer will immerse themselves in the competitive marketplace, developing positioning, sales enablement, and market research analysis materials. 


  • Own product marketing and act as marketing's point of contact for this portion of the software portfolio.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing campaign teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target personas
  • Ability to build a strategy and drive the creation of a roadmap of projects based on analysis of data, segmentation research and competitive analysis
  • Manage content creation from inception through delivery own GTM planning for a portion of the portfolio
  • Own product, reinvigorate, refresh and retire programs
  • Lead regional marketing participation on product launch calls (global and regional) to ensure regional GTM readiness from a marketing perspective


Minimum Qualifications

  1. BA/BS degree in relatable field
  2. 8+ years of product marketing experience including SaaS product marketing required
  3. Strong writer capable of not only translating complex concepts into succinct copy but also telling a compelling story to a diverse audience
  4. Proven whole life-cycle product marketing experience, from NPI to EOL
  5. Understanding of holistic go-to-market readiness, especially readiness of different channels for the portfolio at large

  1. Competitive analysis, with a focus on neutralizing and responding to marketing tactics in region
  2. Clarity of thinking & vision - keen prioritization skills
  3. Organizational Agility: Matrix, indirect management
  4. Influence/Negotiation/Partnership skills with product teams
