Position Overview

You will bring business strategy, market research, and creative ingenuity to a high performing product marketing organization as a Senior Product Marketing manager. You will be responsible for bringing new products and services to market in a launch and learn environment. Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not a prerequisite to this role.


  • Plan and build your GTM strategy from data-backed metrics and buy-in from your cross functional business partners across brand, product, growth, affiliate marketing, sales, and creative.
  • Lead by influence, not always ownership, in a highly cross functional environment to produce target customer definition, TAM metric driven goals, campaign marketing targets, run of show plans, and market research studies.
  • Design and drive program performance meetings that ladder up to executive report cards on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and are responsible for informing bigger business strategy decisions.
  • Utilize market research techniques and methodologies to explore business problems that uncover customer needs, acquisition opportunities, mitigate risk, and produce the most optimal outcomes for the business.
  • Develop product and brand positioning hierarchy based on customer/competitive insights and influence its implementation across brand, product, sales, and growth to ensure those promises are delivered at every customer touch point.
  • Work with product, sales, ops, and data teams to explore and advocate solving problems for our customers as part of a larger Voice of the Customer program.
  • Drive work streams to identify emerging market opportunities and design the GTM strategy with evidence to support your business strategy POV and impact to ARR.
  • Be the competitive intelligence muscle end-to-end for risk assessments, competitive threats, and landscape outlook for your business. 
  • Work with cross-functional business partners to develop sales enablement materials that help land and expand new products and features.

Who you are (minimum qualifications)

●     4 years of product marketing with at least 1 year at a tech company

●     (or) 5 years of combined marketing and program management experience with at least 2 years in market research, competitive intelligence, data analytics, or content marketing[3] 

●     Project/program management skills, fundamental knowledge of mobile app store marketing

●     Demonstrated success with data-backed decision making & driving metric-based goals

●     Excellent written, verbal, and data visualization communication skills

●     Ability to adapt, problem solve, and deliver results in ambiguous situations

●     Work Central Time Zone office hours at least three days a week

●     Experience with budget management and procurement processes


Ideally you also (preferred qualifications)

●     Have familiarity with Asana a plus

●     Have experience with ASO a plus
