Job Description

Trintech is looking for an Sr. Product Marketing Manager to advance our goal of bringing intuitive Financial Close solutions to market and help tell the Adra story to accountants everywhere. 


Our environment is fast-paced and exciting. We’re creating new solutions, enhancing our existing solutions and incorporating greater degrees of data and customer feedback into product messaging, while growing the business. As a leader of our Product Marketing team, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager will focus on how we communicate Adra’s value to the market at large, defining new ways to reach and engage new target audiences and existing customers.


The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will gain a detailed working knowledge of how users interact with our solutions and perform primary research in our target markets to deepen overall fact base. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will work with product managers to gain knowledge on industry dynamics and business practice trends to form a well-rounded knowledge base from which to communicate product value. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will be ultimately responsible for go-to-market, product messaging and positioning, maximized both by working closely with customers, stakeholders, engineers, and design experts.


In this role you will be the voice of the customer working closely with your counterparts in product management while supporting a wide variety of creative activities that drive awareness, understanding, and growth across internal and external audiences.


What You Get to Do:

• Simply put, responsible for growth and launches

• Own go-to-market processes, delivering high-quality messaging that communicate the value of new or enhanced capabilities

• Create new high-quality content such as demos, webinars, videos, blogs and slides. We value presentation skills alongside story telling

• Support the ongoing growth of new products and services and retention of existing

• Collaborate with campaigns and distribution teams to support sales enablement, demand generation spanning events, campaigns, social media programs, references and case studies, and press and analyst relations

• Perform primary market research, interviewing customers and prospects, continuing to uncover and communicate new challenges and trends in the market


Skills & Requirements


What we need in you:

• 7 years’ experience in product marketing at a SaaS company

• Accounting or Finance industry knowledge desirable

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where releases happen every month, not once or twice a year

• Passion for understanding customers, their problems and experiences

• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

• Insist on being customer, market, and product expert, so you can communicate the value of Adra’s offering with confidence and clarity
