About This Role

The Sr. Manager Product Marketing is new addition to our growing marketing team and will be responsible for all messaging and assets to support key functions such as demand generation, sales enablement, and thought leadership. This is a highly collaborative role that will work with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to drive demand for our products.


What You'll Do...

  • Develop the voice and story of the product and market positioning
  • Develop individual and bundle pricing for products and solutions including tiered up-front pricing and volume-based consumption pricing; collaborate with the product team to ensure licensing supports these pricing models in the product
  • Partner with product, customer success, and sales to gain a deep understanding of a day in the life of our audience including pain points and the customer journey
  • Hands-on creation of content and collateral, individually and in collaboration with product, sales, customer success, and other teams
  • Lead and execute go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature releases
  • Stay up to date on competition and work with sales to highlight differentiation and our unique value proposition
  • Develop market and competitive intelligence, acting as a thought leader and expert in the space
  • Work closely with customer success and the product team to establish customer needs and product requirements based on market feedback
  • Engage with customers and industry influencers to understand our customers’ current and future needs

What You'll Bring...

  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • CCM and/or CX market experience (preferred)
  • Experience with OpenText, Quadient, Messagepoint, Smart Communications (preferred)
