Sr. Director Product Marketing & Strategy

PCH’s digital advertising business sits at the convergence of product, sales, marketing and data. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Director of Product Marketing & Strategy to take on a newly created role. The ideal candidate is an exceptional leader with the ability to build out our advertising, marketing and first party data capabilities that create competitive advantages within the advertising market.

 

This role will require a bold entrepreneurial curiosity and determination to achieve. Ideal candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of our business, the market, clients, competitors, demand partners, and relevant industry trends, while effectively driving strategies and articulating our go-to-market positioning to increase product awareness and competitive advantages.

 

Applying individuals must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. We are looking for an individual capable of maintaining a “hands on” approach, while demonstrating the ability to multi-task and exhibit outstanding critical thinking.


What You’ll Do


·   Responsible for setting sales marketing strategy and implementing cross-functional work streams, collaborate with department leads to execute and deliver key aspects of the campaign including product positioning and messaging that delivers a strategic value proposition and persuasive narrative

·       Drive the development of compelling written and visual content, including product roadmaps, datasheets, and customer facing decks and sales collateral

·       Promote the Company’s brand by developing a dynamic portfolio of go-to-market sales materials

·       Unlock new business opportunities by bringing awareness to PCH’s unique value proposition and competitive advantage to demand partners, DSPs, SSPs, Agencies, direct advertisers, etc.

·       Work closely with the product, sales and client service teams to drive adoption of new solutions and capabilities

·       Develop promotional content for internal and external use including sales collateral, case studies, blog posts, FAQs, etc.

·       Cultivate a thorough understanding of our users behaviors to help identify the right persona and segmentation needed for market activation


Skills And Knowledge -- Ingredients for Success


·       9+ years of demonstrated experience in a growth marketing or product role including success in driving product growth (management experience a plus)

·       Excellent communication skills, including both written and oral

·       Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills

·       The ability to work with a sense of urgency, and respond quickly in a rapidly changing environment

·       Bachelor’s degree, and/or equivalent professional experience

·       Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel (pivot tables, keyboard shortcuts, etc.)

·       Proven track record in using data effectively to drive product and/or business decisions
