About the Job

Sundae is looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our Seller audience. This role is a hybrid of strategy, brand marketing and product marketing. This is a one of a kind opportunity to lead all aspects of marketing including GTM planning, messaging, sales enablement, customer insights, and more. You will spearhead the integrated go-to-market strategy for new markets and new product experiences, drive GTM planning on how to deepen market share in existing markets, continuously evolve the positioning and messaging of our unique product offering, enrich our seller insights and segmentation, support sales enablement, and partner closely with the product team to inform, influence, and deliver the product vision.  


You are strategic, scrappy, and can juggle multiple projects to suit the needs of a hyper growth business, while keeping attention to scalability



Responsibilities 

  • Grow our seller side of marketplace through strategic go-to-market plans for new market launches, new product experiences, as well as deepening our market share in existing markets, working closely with sales, paid acquisition, content, product, lifecycle, and UX to bring your vision to life
  • Strategize and size major cross functional initiatives on the seller side and lead integrated marketing campaigns that help improve our market share
  • Influence company wide business initiatives and product roadmap by developing a comprehensive understanding of our business and audience through sales research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with product and UX on optimizing seller journey
  • Partner closely with sales to understand why we retain or lose customers. You will address product adoption problems we see in the funnel through high impact messaging, integrated product adoption campaigns, sales tools, collateral, and more. 
  • Work closely with sales enablement and L&D teams to improve our messaging and positioning in the field.
  • Help shape Sundae as a category-defining brand. With new and rising categories such as iBuyers and power buyers in the PropTech space, you will help define where Sundae fits in as we evolve our product offering. You will have a pulse on the PropTech space and work closely with our brand, research, design, and PR/communications team to define Sundae’s brand to our customers, employees, influencers, journalists, and other stakeholders.


About You:

  • Fluency across the marketing mix - both in brand-building and direct response
  • A track record of breakthrough newsworthy campaigns, creativity, and innovative thinking
  • Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
  • Demonstrated cross-functional communication and relationship building skills
  • Analytical and data-driven. You are a strong problem solver who knows how to use data to identify problems, find opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in our marketing and growth efforts
  • You have a wide breadth of experience in content & creative production, and you know how to work effectively with designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creatives to bring your vision to life with high-performing creative
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter who can work independently and proactively in a hyper-growth environment


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, and/or Integrated Marketing, ideally in a real estate and/or a marketplace business
  • Experience hiring, scaling, and developing high performing teams a plus
  • Experience working with both B2C customer segments and B2B a plus
