Senior Product Marketing Manager, Healthcare

Remote Houston, TX

The Senior Product Marketing Manager, is missioned to work in partnership with Iron Mountain’s Healthcare and Life Science account sales leadership team to drive the growth of our emerging portfolio of solutions within Iron Mountain’s healthcare and life science accounts.


This dynamic role will develop messaging/content marketing and demand generation programs, sales kits and enablement for Iron Mountain healthcare and life science accounts and key partnerships. As the industry expert this role will orchestrate marketing-aligned activities from plan development to completion in order to build pipeline and drive bookings for these accounts.


The position reports to the Director of Marketing, Global Strategic Accounts.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and execute marketing plans to promote the product portfolio and achieve revenue goals aligned with healthcare and life sciences

• Align thought leadership content and demand campaigns to elevate the brand and increase product portfolio relevance to healthcare and life sciences

• Support sales enablement activities to drive awareness and understanding of emerging solutions within the healthcare and life sciences industry

• Partner with sales

• Conduct market research to define personas, competitive landscape and buying cycles

• Manage the budget in alignment with the organization’s overall business priorities and revenue goals

• Create and enforce marketing efficiency and improvement initiatives

• Act as a liaison between Marketing, the Healthcare and Life Sciences Organization, Sales, Account Services, Learning Services and other departments to develop detailed promotional and distribution plans for deployment

• Analyze sales reports, market trends and industry forecasts to identify growth opportunities and influence future product roadmap and marketing strategies


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 years marketing experience, with growing areas of responsibilities in supporting sales leadership with a global company

• Salesforce lead to revenue and campaign management preferred

• Marketing to Healthcare and Life Science Enterprise IT Buyer with familiarity with ML/AI, data and information security, information governance/compliance, data-back-up and recovery solutions.

• Strong background in understanding B2B technology go-to-market.

• Able to develop strategies to drive demand generation and awareness within specific target segments.

• Collaborative and creative approach to problem solving.

• Nimble; quickly adapt to a fast moving environment with competing and shifting priorities.

• 10% travel
