Senior Product Marketing Manager, Growth (Remote)

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on Growth at Fleetio, you will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop and execute our product-led growth strategy.

We’re looking for a growth-minded technical marketer to join our Product Marketing team to help us reach our full growth potential. This person is someone who deeply understands and is passionate about a customer/revenue growth-oriented role in a bottom-up SaaS go-to-market organization who knows how to leverage data, systems and frameworks, human psychology and more, to build with a large scale in mind. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop and execute our product-led growth strategy. Serve as the connective tissue between Product Strategy, Marketing, Engineering, and other internal teams to create, analyze, and communicate a growth strategy of compounding growth loops.
  • Drive strategies that create meaningful growth impact by eliminating friction in user journeys, maximizing free trials and upgrade conversions, and improving customer engagement and retention.
  • Spearhead experimentation plans across key channels and products. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to build out roadmaps and testing strategies to drive growth. Connect the dots across channels like push notifications, in-app messaging, email, and other mediums to increase usage, adoption, and retention of our customers.
  • Identify user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works, to create data-driven, impactful insights for Product Strategy and Engineering teams.
  • Deeply understand our customer base and help identify vectors of growth, including new segments, product offerings, and GTM strategies.
  • Lead growth initiatives to drive the GTM plan, driving to key achievements, and own deliverables in close partnership with other teams such as Content Marketing, Design, etc.
  • Develop A/B experimentation strategy and tactics to facilitate growth, adoption of features, and deliver the best customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain target KPIs for growth program success.
  • Utilize hard data to analyze results and drive the product direction and strategy focusing on the biggest growth opportunities.
  • Maintain understanding and awareness of Fleetio's unique position in the market and our strengths as compared to our competitors.
  • Work closely with customer success, sales, and marketing teams to identify and craft stories of our most strategic customers to support our go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or growth marketing in a SaaS company
  • Past participation in a growth-specific training or membership program such as Reforge is strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of product-led growth techniques and tactics
  • Strong understanding and proven instrumentation of growth frameworks such as Pirate Metrics (AARRR)
  • Proven capability for formulating data and analysis-driven growth campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of Product Marketing tools (e.g., Segment, Heap, Marketo, Chameleon, etc.), Salesforce CRM, and marketing automation
  • Technical savvy, proficient in SQL, some coding experience (or working knowledge) preferred
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Highly organized and experienced project manager that’s passionate about technology
  • Proven track record of problem-solving in an innovative environment and get things done
  • Knows and understand how businesses work, strategies and techniques to impact both customer experience and bottom line
  • Must understand and be passionate about the customer
  • See and viewed as a trusted individual, keeps confidence, admits mistakes
  • Can manage through unclear situations, finding a way forward without all the facts, be comfortable making a decision without the full picture
  • Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
  • Self-motivated and enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a relevant field preferred
