We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for a leading provider of electric vehicle charging solutions for the North American commercial and residential property market. In this position, you will be the product marketing owner and subject matter expert for a set of vertical markets served in the company's product portfolio. You will be responsible for positioning, messaging, segmentation, content, sales enablement and integrated go-to-market strategies. To succeed in this role, you will be required to use your strong B2B marketing skills, developing strong working relationships and collaborating with the product, sales, marketing and sales enablement teams.


You will work in their Bowie, MD headquarters two days per week, the rest of the week can be remote. 


What You'll Do


  • Own product positioning and messaging: develop a compelling narrative and value propositions for targeted verticals.
  • Design, execute and deliver on cohesive go-to-market strategies to help accelerate new pipeline.
  • Develop deep understanding of market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Quarterback product launches in partnership with Product Management and cross-functional teams.
  • Build deep market insights by segment to better understand customer pain points and derive customer insights. Help to define market requirements for additional product capabilities and features.
  • Develop and manage the creation of industry specific assets, tools and collaterals such as positioning statements, key messages, data sheets, real-world proof point/client quotes, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, web page content, white papers, brochures, and product training.
  • Work closely with industry experts to ensure effective thought leadership and ongoing relevance in the market.


The Quals You'll Need


  • 5+ years of product marketing experience for B2B technology companies.
  • Experience in business-to-business marketing of technology and hardware.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to execute in a fast paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience presenting insights and analysis to colleagues and executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field

  • Prior experience in fleets or clean energy industry.
