Coveo empowers enterprises to deliver unified and impactful experiences for customers, partners, and employees through AI-driven solutions. To strengthen our market presence and drive strategic growth, we are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for our Commerce Team.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy to acquire new customers. Your expertise in crafting compelling narratives and aligning with diverse customer personas will be instrumental in driving pipeline growth and positioning our solutions effectively within the competitive landscape.
In a nutshell your role will entail: knowing the buyer and what they want and positioning better than competitors, showcasing our customers and their successes to tell a compelling value story, and paving the path to wins with the right tools, assets, and enablement for the sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching, developing, and evangelizing clear and concise value propositions and solution-based narratives that differentiate and drive demand for our commerce solution for all buyer lifecycle stages and personas.
- Creating a wide range of market facing assets, high-impact marketing collateral, and compelling content, including web pages, presentations, pitch decks, product sheets, videos, and thought leadership pieces, that reinforce our key solution messages, product offerings, and capabilities.
- Partnering closely with the demand generation team to support market-aligned programs that effectively drive pipeline growth with tailored messaging for diverse audiences.
- Working with the Product Management team to lead go-to-market activities for new product launches and new feature releases - owning positioning, messaging and related market-facing materials.
- Collaborating with customer marketing, customer success and directly with customers to produce compelling case studies, presentations, speaking engagements, and other advocacy materials.
- Equipping the sales and business development teams with tools, resources, and enablement to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and position against competition.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- Over 5 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in Product Marketing.
- Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product management, encompassing product launches, content creation, and sales partnerships.
- Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into compelling marketing content for diverse audiences, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
What would make you stand out:
- Previous roles in enterprise technology companies, particularly in Artificial Intelligence.
- Previous experience in the Commerce field.
