Senior Product Marketing Manager
Our client, an Enterprise Software leader in Customer Experience (CX) SaaS solutions is looking for several Product Marketing Managers in North America in response to growing demand.
You will join a dynamic team of industry veterans from Google and other CX leaders.
You will set the GTM strategy for your product line and execute tactics creating assets that showcase new products or enhancements in practice through compelling use cases tailored by persona
You will collaborate with product managers to shape and communicate the product roadmap. Work with pre-sales on product demonstrations. Develop product presentations, data sheet, use cases, video vignettes and other assets used by sales. You will collaborate with demand generation teams to create compelling content for marketing campaigns.
This is very much an active “doer” role requiring excellent written, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills. We value your creativity, imagination, and customer centricity

Are you creative, passionate about marketing, strategic and hands-on with this profile?
· 5-10 Years working in SaaS or Enterprise software
· 5+ Years in Product or Technical marketing
· Prior experience bringing new product or enhancements to the marketplace
· Domain Expertise in Customer Experience/AI/ML/Analytics or other new technologies such as e-Commerce strongly desired
· Excellent written, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
· Operate with a sense of urgency, passion, and commitment
· Metric’s driven, KPI and performance driven to evaluate what is and is not working
· Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing, MBA strongly desired
· Location: North America – virtual – home based office
